Service Description

At Time and Tide Counselling Service, we offer in-person, one-to-one sessions in a calm, private setting at Craigard House—where conversation is held with care, and healing unfolds at your pace. This is a space designed for you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply seeking clarity in a time of change, our sessions provide a gentle, grounded environment to explore what matters most. Here, you’re not expected to be anything other than yourself. You’ll be met with warmth, professionalism, and deep respect for your lived experience. Your counsellor is a qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds a COSCA-accredited Diploma in Counselling. With over 100 hours of experience supporting individuals and groups across generations—from 16 to 80—she brings a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to every session. Her work in community mental health settings has shaped a practice that is inclusive, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the emotional needs of each client. Sessions are confidential and tailored to your pace. You may come with a specific concern, or simply a feeling that something needs to shift. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels safe and manageable. There’s no pressure to “fix” or “perform”—just space to be heard, understood, and supported. We believe that counselling is not just about talking—it’s about being held in a process that honours your story. It’s about finding clarity in confusion, strength in vulnerability, and hope in the quiet moments between words. Whether this is your first time seeking support or you’ve walked this path before, Time and Tide offers a gentle invitation: to pause, reflect, and begin again.
